What Abundance Means To You

What does abundance really means to you?

You hear this word a lot but have you ever really thought about what ‘true’ abundance and wealth really is? And most importantly how you may experience more from it in life?

Do you believe that abundance and wealth is possible for the different aspect of your life?

The answers to these questions will be revealed by simply identifying and observing what is currently going on with the different facets of your own life – financially, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What Is It

Although lots of people claim of having an exceptionally good life, this determination is often made from the traditionally taught and established perceptions and beliefs taught to you and are held by you, based on limited understanding about what ‘Good Life’ really means and about the limitless resources that are available for anyone who are willing to thrive deeply enough in order to discover the real meaning of it.

In reality, the achievement of abundance and real wealth is infinite in nature but is equally available for anyone willing to identify and enhance their skills and ability to start choosing whatever it is that they prefer to experience. And yes, you are not an exception.

As you will discover you source, whatever you perceive it to be, it consists of limitless supply for whatever you prefer to experience in life provided that you choose to believe and conceive that you can and it will. Sadly, lots of people make choices unconsciously; they never understand why they’re unable to have that abundance, harmony, and fulfillment in life.

Why not ask yourself with these questions?

  • Are you having true happiness and abundance in life?

  • Do you love your work and find it financially rewarding and fulfilling?

  • Are you having enough time for you to do the things you love the most?

  • Do you really have sufficient money for you to do all the things you want?

  • Are you enjoying wholesome, deeply satisfying, and fulfilling relationships?

  • Are you having a vigorous and vivacious physical health?

  • Are your heartfelt dreams as well as you wants fulfilled in the different aspect of life?

If your answer to these questions is NO, then you’re not enjoying and experiencing a quality of life that everyone is capable of having. Abundance and wealth means different things from different people. For some, abundance may be identified as having lots of money. And based on others’ perspective and beliefs, it may actually mean something absolutely different.

Although enough financial resources means a lot to people since it is a very essential facet of abundance and wealth in today’s generation, but money only makes up a tiny portion from the entire equation when it comes to ‘Real Abundance’.

Unless all the other essential aspects of your life are aligned harmoniously, the experience of real abundance and the fulfillment that is available will elude you continually and it will appear to be impossible and unattainable. Lasting and true abundance and wealth will result from a perfect balance in the fundamental areas of your life.

How Being Organised Saves You Time and Money

We all want to be able to organize our schedules and have the commitment to maintain them on a day-to-day basis, but how?

Creating a workable schedule is typically time-consuming and often results in a frustrating battle with your calendar.

Organization is beneficial for everyone and can be easily adapted to suit individual needs. And believe it or not, being organized in your everyday life actually saves you time and money. Here are a few of the reasons why.

Efficient and Stress-Free

If you keep your belongings organized, you don’t need to spend time looking for them when needed. This is especially handy in the case of important yet rarely used items, such as insurance or tax information.

The key to keeping things organized is to come up with a place to keep something and stick to it. If you want to keep important mail in a desk drawer, make sure you keep all of your important mail in that drawer. Don’t be afraid of sorting your things too much. The more categories of things you come up with, the easier it will be to find exactly what you need when you need it.

Saves You from Buying New

Organization keeps you from buying items you already have, but you’ve forgotten about or lost in your household or workplace. You’re more likely to forget about a pack of rubber-bands you bought several months ago and never opened, than your car keys or your wallet. Combined, these types of purchases can end up costing you a significant amount of money for items that you already have.

Fortunately, this is a very fixable problem. By cleaning and organizing the designated “junk” drawers in your home or office and making a list of all the items, you will easily find the item you’re looking for the next time you go searching. This avoids unnecessary purchases and impulsive buys at the store in the future. It's a very flexible habit that can be applied to many aspects of your daily routine.

Helps You Remember Important Details

It can be hard to keep track of every detail when you have a lot going on in your life. Sometimes, bills can get lost in the shuffle and go unpaid, or household maintenance gets overlooked. By keeping all of your activities organised, you can get them done in a more efficient manner and you make sure that every detail is taken care of.

Saves Money on Shopping

If you plan out a menu for each month, you can buy many of your groceries in bulk, saving you time and frequent trips to the store. If you prepare a list ahead of time, you can also look for coupons that offer savings on the things you plan to buy.
The same applies to non-food items, which can be bought in bulk and stored for later use. Staying organized and keeping essentials stocked up saves you the stress of running out to make a special trip for more. You can also plan out birthday or holiday gifts well ahead of time, so that you can keep an eye out for a good deal.

While it may take a bit of effort, organizing your life allows you to use your time more efficiently and to take full advantage of your finances. Not only that, but the more thought-out your budget or schedule is, the less you will worry about them. There are many tools designed to help keep you organized, including all kinds of helpful apps for mobile devices.

Long Term Advice For Keeping Concentrated As You Approach Your Goals

Break Your Goals Down Into Steps

One tip to do this is to break your goals down into smaller tasks. Want to lose weight? Don’t set the goal of reaching ‘5 stone in 1 year’ because it’s just too distant and too out of your control. Instead, set the goal of exercising 4 times a week for one year.

The weight will take care of itself but the goal you have is much easier to control and much more instantly rewarding – remember what we said about getting that constant dose of dopamine as you get rewarded for hard work? Break your goals down into smaller steps and it will be much easier to use the CBT techniques we discussed earlier to stay focused on them.

Training Your Concentration Thanks

to something called ‘brain plasticity’ – which we touched on earlier – the brain is able to adapt its shape and size depending on how we use it. If you spend lots of time playing the cello for instance, then the area of your brain in the motor cortex responsible for fine finger control will grow over time. New connections will form between neurons and the connections you already have will become thicker.

Likewise, if you spend lots of time concentrating, guess what happens? You train your concentration and that gets bigger too. Very possibly, this would result in an increased size for your anterior cingulate cortex, which would also result in better motivation. Conversely though, if you are constantly switching between tasks and you never concentrate for more than a couple of minutes, your ability to concentrate will atrophy.

This is one of the biggest dangers of the technological world we live in – if you are constantly using your phone or going from one social media site to another, then you’ll find your ability to concentrate wanes. Don’t worry if you’re not a master of concentration just yet. The key thing is that you keep at it – in which case you’ll get better as your brain develops.

Practice concentrating at every opportunity and engage in tasks that require focus. If you do this enough, you’ll eventually develop the necessary areas of your brain and you’ll become masterful at it.

Mindfulness

We discussed mindfulness as a part of CBT used to identify the contents of your thoughts. Actually though, mindfulness can also be a more general term that describes a type of meditation where you become more mindful of your own body, mind and environment.

Studies show that practicing mindfulness or any kind of meditation, can help you to be more present in the moment and to have a better long-term focus. If you want to step-up your mental game, then give it a go! Why not try the Headspace app?

You Have To Envision What You Want

Most individuals never consider what they wish in their lives. They live without this knowledge or premeditation and become victims of their own condition. Work is simply about a job – to make do financially.

Life becomes a series of troubles like choosing to live someplace because the rent is inexpensive, never realizing how to be in relationships or becoming ineffective parents. The list carries on and on.
See It

Inside you, there's a hunger for more. Is it meaning, contact or a richer understanding of life? No one has ever acquainted such individuals with the concept of perpetual possibility. “As a man thinketh, so is he.” A major mode of manifesting the life you wish is to think over what you wish out of life. What is it that you wish to do with your life?

A great exercise is to take a sheet of paper and put down the answers to the accompanying questions:

What is my deepest want?
What would I like to achieve in my lifetime?
What would I like to achieve this year?
Where would I wish to be in five years?
Where would I wish to be in twenty years?
What am I great at?

Check into all fields of your life:

  • Your line of work

  • Your Relationship

  • Your Wellness

  • Your Financial state of affairs

  • How you have fun ( how you spend your vacations)

After you've put down a list of what you wish to achieve in your life, you'll need to set priorities for them. Simply take the list that you put down and provide every topic 1 - 5 points. 1 becoming the least crucial to five points becoming the most.

Now you've priorities in your life, which will help you determine where you wish your attention to be. It's an easy equation: comprehend simply that you wish to spend most of your time with the number 1 matter on your list. Spend somewhat less time with the number 2 entry on your list – and so forth for numbers 3 through 5.

There's no need to slice the day into time slots. Just by doing this exercise, you're programming your consciousness to spend time harmonizing with your list.

Let's presume you'd like to discover your life partner in the next 2 years, and that this is your chief goal, at the very top of your list. When you check into your thought process at the end of the day and you discover that you've not spent most of your spare time addressing this goal, you've a misalignment, and you might never accomplish your goal.

When this occurs merely realize it and correct it accordingly. Working all day only to sit down on your couch and watch television won't get you where you wish to be.

You have to take action to manifest your goal(s), for instance:

  • Take action by signing on for class

  • Enrol in a weekend seminar on a matter that fascinates you

  • Go to a workshop that centres on your interest

  • Spend time at places where you are able to meet individuals

If your goal happens to be that you wish to be a millionaire within 5 years, and you're spending only 5 minutes of your time every day to achieve this goal, then don't be surprised if your financial state of affairs never alters.
There's another crucial aspect of manifestation here that calls for consistency. Let's presume you've made your priority list and everything on your list feels great up to now.

It's really crucial that you're in emotional concord with your goals – they have to feel correct to you. If you merely make goals in your mind that are not useful to you then you'll discover yourself having a difficult time working to accomplish them. What occurs with most individuals' scenarios is that they've a goal that feels correct for them, and then they begin working at their goal.

Put differently, they place their attention on making their goal a fact. A couple of weeks go by and nothing occurs. Now dismay kicks in and the goal for some reason appears unreachable, the motivation is down to zilch. This is the point where you have to feel your dismay. Don't simply place it away or discount it – face it as totally and consciously as you are able to.

This may be unpleasant for you however it will help you get nearer to your goal. How is this? When you wish to alter your reality you evidently have to do something different than what you've done previously. So this is where the truth check comes in. You look around and can't see any change. But changes might have already happened in your thinking and conduct.

You might have set matters in motion that you can't yet see. Dismay sets in when you presume that matters ought to be happening sooner than you're ready for them. Remember – there are no unrealistic goals, only unrealistic time frames. So feel your dismay and let it resolve. View what you've done and realign your strategies. If one way doesn't lead to success don't quit at that point – merely attempt another.

If you stick with a goal you'll accomplish it. Occasionally you might push too hard when you simply have to let go and take the pressure off. You question yourself at this point, trusting there's nothing you are able to achieve. Go to the place in your brain where you know you can't bomb. Reading a book or viewing a motivational movie might help to get you realigned with your mighty source.

4 Simple Steps for Making Positive Affirmations Work for You

Positive affirmations are one of the most powerful tools that you can use to create a meaningful, successful, and fulfilling life. Many people have developed powerful affirmations that bring about change in their behaviours and circumstances. When you deliberately use positive affirmations the effect on your life will not only be powerful, but you will have a much higher chance of achieving your goals. If you want to make sure that your positive affirmations work for you, you’ll want to follow these four simple steps.

Start with Daily Affirmations

Start your journey to manifesting all your desires with daily affirmations. Daily affirmations are statements that describe your goals in their completed states. You improve your physical health with regular physical exercises, so you should be using daily affirmations as a mental exercise for your mind, as well as your perception. When you repeat your positive affirmations daily, and you believe in them, you can start to create a positive change in your life.

Visualization

Positive affirmations are much more effective when you use them with dynamic visualization. Combining your affirmations with visualization techniques is a great way to speed up your manifestations. Instead of merely writing your affirmations down and repeating them out loud, you should also visualize the outcome that you want to see. Not only do visual images motivate you and make you feel the changes, but they can also prepare you mentally for the challenges that you will need to overcome during the process of achieving your goals.

Avoid Writing Negative Sentences

In your high school English class, you were taught the difference between affirmative, negative, and interrogative sentences. Stop using negative sentences, like "I no longer suffer from migraines," and consciously convert them into positive affirmations, like "I live a pain-free life." When you try to conceive a negative statement or thought in your mind, you have to convert it to a positive statement if you want it to be effective.

Include Emotions

Powerful and effective affirmations must include content, positivity, and emotion. The content is describing the specific outcome that you are hoping to achieve, while positivity provides for the elimination of negative vibrations. The emotion is what gets to the heart of how you feel about the outcome you're hoping to achieve. If you want more powerful affirmations, you have to include all of these elements.

Affirmations can program your mind and can be a powerful tool for changing your mood, state of mind, and for manifesting a change in your life.
